1. Fibria’s on-line bulletins shall be sent only to subscribers who have requested them.

2. Fibria has an anti-spam policy and condemns its use.

3. Fibria does not share subscribers data.

4. Fibria collates and retains e-mail addresses and format preferences of its subscribers for the sole purpose of being able to send future publications following the same model.

5. If the subscriber receives e-mails in HTML format, Fibria is informed of the opening of the bulletin and clicking on information. These data are used exclusively for statistical purposes.

6. Some bulletins may contain surveys, participation in which is purely voluntary. Individual responses are recorded, in such cases, solely for the purpose of avoiding multiple votes.

7. Fibria uses cookies to recognize subscribers, monitor their access session and control any voting in surveys. Fibria does not use cookies or any other expedient to obtain personal information. All cookies, except those used for the validation of surveys, expire six hours after the closure of the session. The subscriber may refuse to receive cookies, by configuring his or her browser accordingly.

8. The subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time.
